Every aspect of our jewellery is fabricated, assembled, and finished entirely by hand. Therefore, all CHANG CHANG Jewellery products should be worn and handled with care. Gold is a soft metal that will naturally scratch, oxidize, or show wear and discoloration after years of use. To take care of your jewellery, we recommend the following guide:
1. Polish your jewellery with a chamois cloth. Regular cleaning helps to preserve the original shine of gold.
2. Do not rub or hit jewellery with hard objects, especially because gemstones in the jewellery may crack or break if dropped or hit against hard surfaces.
3. Please do not wear jewellery while swimming or bathing. We advise that water or other liquids, such as perfume, lotions, oils, and other beauty products, should not be applied to jewellery. Also, be careful to avoid exposing jewellery to household chemicals and cleaning products, which may damage the natural gems and/or gold.
4. Store each piece of jewellery separately in soft cloths. Keep them dry and safe in clean containers.

We have specifically chosen to use organic pearls and precious gemstones whose properties feature natural texture, inclusions, and coloring that can differ from one another. Each gem is one-of-a-kind. Each piece of CHANG CHANG Jewellery is carefully crafted with the highest attention to quality. With years of use, signs of wear may naturally occur on the jewellery. At CHANG CHANG, we provide surface restoration services; however, we do not provide complimentary repair and replacement services for damage caused by a purchaser’s behavior. If you need more information on repairing a CHANG CHANG piece, please bring your jewellery to our shop or contact us directly at contact@changchang.tw with images and a detailed description of the damage.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. The original sales receipt is required for all damage repairs. For products purchased through changchang.tw, please call us at +886-2-2708-5582 or send an email to contact@changchang.tw with images and a detailed description of the damage.

We ship to all domestic locations (within Taiwan) via Chunghwa POST Express. Most CHANG CHANG Jewellery products are made to order. Please allow 14-21 business days to process and deliver to all domestic locations. Customers should be responsible for shipping charges related to undeliverable packages caused by the customer, such as incorrect address or delayed pickup, including return-to-sender fees and fees for future shipments.

We ship via FedEx International Express for our international orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. CHANG CHANG JEWELLERY is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed for international shipments, and we are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping costs are determined by the total value of the items purchased.
